The only way the Health Care Act should be up for debate would be if the objective would be to enact amendments to include tort reform and spending waste through duplicate health services which are brought about by greedy Hospital Administration groups. How many MRI and other expensive technologies are really necessary to service a given population? With tort reform, and protection for the medical profession, physicians would not be ordering excessive tests just to cover their asses.
